Day 1: Cusco – Tambomachay – Sicllacasa – Qoricocha – Patabamba
Inicio de la aventura
Comenzamos muy temprano con el recojo desde su hotel para dirigirnos hacia Tambomachay, ubicado en la parte alta de la ciudad de Cusco, un importante sitio arqueológico rodeado de hermosos paisajes andinos.
Hike to Sicllacasa
From this point we will begin our hike towards the Sicllacasa pass, from where we can enjoy impressive panoramic views of the valleys and mountains that surround the region.
Qoricocha Lagoon
We will continue through the valley until we reach the beautiful Qoricocha Lagoon, where we will enjoy lunch surrounded by nature. During the journey, we will appreciate the diverse Andean flora and fauna, as well as spectacular natural landscapes that make this route a unique experience.
Cultural Experience in Patabamba
In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to the community of Patabamba, where we will be warmly welcomed by local families. This visit will allow us to experience firsthand the traditional Andean lifestyle, its customs, and culture, and to share special moments with the local people.
Rural overnight stay
Finally, we will spend the night in a cozy rural hostel, surrounded by tranquility and nature, experiencing an authentic experiential tourism experience.

Dia 2: Pukamarka – Puma Punku – Huchuy Qosqo – Lamay – Cusco
Start of the day
Very early we begin our adventure with an excursion to the Pukamarka pass, from where we can appreciate impressive panoramic views of the Urubamba River and the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Puma Punku Canyon
We will continue our tour by visiting the impressive Puma Punku canyon, a place full of natural beauty and surrounded by Andean landscapes that make this experience unforgettable.
Original Inca Trail
We will continue exploring a part of the ancient Original Inca Trail, walking along stone paths steeped in history and ancestral energy.
Huchuy Qosqo Archaeological Site
During the route we will arrive at the fascinating archaeological complex of Huchuy Qosqo, where we will take a guided tour to learn more about its history, importance and legacy within the Inca culture.
Descent to Lamay
In the afternoon we will begin the descent to the small town of Lamay, located in the beautiful Sacred Valley, enjoying spectacular scenery along the way.
Return to Cusco
Finally, our private transport will be waiting to take us back to the city of Cusco.

What to bring for the Humantay Lagoon tour?
- On a short hike like this, you don't need to carry too much, but it's a good idea to bring a few essentials. These include a reusable water bottle, light snacks, and a camera to capture the best moments.
- A hat or cap and sunglasses are also recommended, as radiation in the Andes is more intense than in other areas.
- If you go with an agency, they will most likely take care of the campsite and meals, but bringing some personal items will make your trip more comfortable.
